How long does it take for my Spinecure mattress to be delivered?
Standard shipping typically takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer a trial period for your mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free trial. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system before initiating a return.
What kind of warranty comes with a Spinecure mattress?
Every Spinecure mattress is backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural flaws, ensuring you have peace of mind for years to come.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. We also offer No-Cost EMI options on select bank cards for your convenience.
How is the mattress packaged for shipping?
We use advanced compression technology to roll-pack our mattresses into a compact box. This makes it easier to move through hallways and doorways. Once unboxed, the mattress will expand to its full size within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I use my Spinecure mattress on any bed base?
Our mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface including platform beds, slatted frames (with slats no more than 3 inches apart), or even the floor.
